About Us

We write films you'll want to make.

Altazaire Films. Engaging stories, professional scriptwriting.

Yes we've always been able to tell a story (or as our mum said when we were kids - telling whoppers).  Throughout our together and separate careers there has always been the story-telling thread keeping us connected. Then when Anton wrote his Melbourne-Lockdown script, it opened the doors to a whole new writing collaboration for us both.

Drawing on her Australian childhood, Felicity grew her young passion for writing into a career, via a journalism degree, and by joining Anton at the start-up street-press Forte Magazine.

Years following her time with Forte were spent further honing her skills with creative writing, communications and public relations roles, dreaming up poetry and bedtime story-telling. All this experience now perfectly culminating in her crafting of unique and engaging stories for screen.

Felicity's feature script HELLO CELLO is a story that brings together her love for the city of Melbourne and of classical music, it highlights too the value she places on family. Hello Cello, only starting its campaign, has already been well recognised in competitions; winning and placing in feature categories around the world.  But most importantly our sister called Hello Cello "a delightful. story" which, you know, means a lot..

His first awarded script  was CLAWS written when he was  14, and now after a successful career as founder and publisher of Forte Magazine (Australia's longest running regional pop culture magazine  - and one of the country's significant cultural publications) he re-emerges from the long Victorian lockdowns with a new and intriguing feature script WISH.  Securing immediate selection at each of the festivals entered  in Nice, Jaipur and Rome, WISH is a fascinating, well crafted tale. about a play that never was.
